• Make sure that your main camera is visible - the eye needs to be open and white on OBS

• Make sure that all of the cords are plugged in and working

  • Check the HDMI cords

  • Check the USB cords

  • Make sure all SIX cables are plugged in and going to their intended places

• Make sure the HDMI is plugged into the right side of the camera

• Make sure the camera is on

IF IT IS STILL NOT WORKING

• Unplug the Black Magic and plug it back in

  STILL NOT WORKING?

• Click the camera option -> go to properties -> select NDI video under the devices tab -> click okay -> click properties again -> select black magic -> click okay

  STILL NOT WORKING?

• Quit OBS and relaunch it
